The Convoy play is effective against various defensive formations, aiming to send three offensive linemen to block at the Linebacker level. The unique aspect of this play involves the QB and Superback rolling out in one direction while simultaneously preparing for a tunnel screen pass to a receiver on the opposite side of the field. We have even faked backfield dive action to set up the Convoy as well.
