Throughout my coaching journey, I have always been deeply interested in offensive systems, particularly the Wing-T, Triple Option, and the Run and Shoot. Drawing inspiration from top coaches in these areas who have also become my mentors and friends, I have developed a system that integrates elements from each of these styles to create a cohesive approach that is easily understandable for both our coaches and players.
In the initial video, I will share the evolution of the TSO system, starting from its inception up until 2008 before transitioning to lead the offense for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Canadian Football League.
The subsequent video was recorded in August 2015 and provides insights into the following phase just before assuming the role of coordinating the offense at Widener University.
I am excited about producing another video this year where we will explore the third phase of the Triple Shoot Offense.
