Hook

The Hook play utilizes a strategic approach known as the “High-Low” read against the Cornerback. The route’s execution is adaptable, depending on the Corner’s positioning, and involves coordination with an inside receiver adjusting their route accordingly. While the read itself is straightforward, consistent practice of throwing the Corner route is essential for the successful execution of the Hook play.
